Snow Commander exposes a REST API that other applications can consume. We have many customers driving Snow Commander from, for example, ServiceNow. This allows organizations to build out requests with all matching data within ServiceNow along with ServiceNow approval processes before triggering deployments through Snow Commander.  We can also have change requests and other actions executed through Rest API.

Yes, Snow Commander integrates seamlessly with your public and private cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Microsoft® Azure, Microsoft® Hyper-V SCVMM, and VMware vSphere. The real-time platform is designed to be public cloud—and hypervisor-independent—and can provide a complete overview of infrastructure across all business units, companies, public cloud vendors, and private cloud data centers.

Snow Commander supports an unlimited number of connections ("accounts"/"tenants"/"vcenters", etc.) for each vendor, making it easy to get a complete overview of all instances of Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, etc., across the entire landscape.

Yes, single sign-on (SSO) allows Snow Commander Administrators and Self-Service Portal users to authenticate once before accessing multiple service provider resources.

 Snow Commander uses the SAML 2.0 Web Browser SSO profile to provide single sign-on. 

Snow Commander can discover and manage your existing public and private cloud virtual machines without needing an agent.  This means you can monitor VM performance, set up alerts and notifications and execute scripts against your infrastructure. Learn more in the Snow Commander documentation.
